Here is our best 3 tips for living a happier and healthier life. Let’s begin.
Tip number 1 - Be yourself
Oscar Wilde is often incorrectly given the credit for the quote “Be yourself; everyone else is already taken”. Whilst Wilde may have not been the origin of this quote, the sentiment behind the words are profound. It is exhausting trying to be someone we’re not, Being yourself allows you to be liberated from the taxing mental effort of playing someone else's role. First we must be ourselves, only then can we be truly happy and free.

Tip number 2 - Spend time with people you love
This might seem like an old adage, but spending time and connecting with others is the key to a happy and fulfilling life. Studies show that human beings are social animals. Emma Seppala, the acredited author of the 2016 book “The Happiness Track,” wrote, “People who feel more connected to others have lower levels of anxiety and depression. Moreover, studies show they also have higher self-esteem, greater empathy for others, are more trusting and cooperative of others. As the old African proverb goes; “If you want to go fast, go alone. If you want to go far, go together”.

Tip number 3 - Find your why
Alot of people just do the things they do for profits, win, capital gain. But studies have shown this way of thinking for monetary gain could cause more problems in the long run. Simon Sinek, author of the book Find Your Why writes that it is only when you understand your true “why” (or your purpose) that you’ll be more capable of pursuing the things that give you fulfilment. Finding your purpose will help your life feel satisfying and ultimately, make you happier. So find your purpose, find your calling, find your why!
